As Niagara vineyards expand in growth and the fields turn green, the New Vintage Wine Festival arrives in time for Summer celebration. Join in the festivities as this event marks the true beginning of the Niagara wine season.
The New Vintage Wine Festival, as we found out last year, can really be handcrafted to your desires. Experience wine however you wish; there are plenty of locations to drop by for your wine and culinary adventure.
This year we are really looking forward to attending the Tailgate Party. As the only tailgate parties I’ve attended have been for football games, I’m guessing this will be radically different!

The Tailgate Party will take place amongst the vines at Fielding Estate Winery, home of the Grape King, where Niagara’s celebrated winemakers will tell their Cool Climate Story and local chefs will present the bounty from our own backyard. Niagara’s own rising country star Tim Hicks will provide the eveninng’s entertainment!
Niagara New Vintage Discovery Pass
June 15, 16, 22 & 23 | 11am-5pm | $40 (plus HST)
If you are a fan of the vine, these are the weekends to visit wine country. The New Vintage Festival Discovery Pass is your key to two weekends of wine and culinary adventures at wineries across Niagara. Discovery
Pass holders can enjoy eight experiences per pass. The following award-winning wineries invite you to toast the summer of 2013.
New This Year! Designated drivers can also indulge with eight mocktail and culinary pairings for only $30 (plus HST) with the Driver’s Discovery Pass.
